At the end of July 2009, 17,303 visitors signed our guestbook on the Bridge, which is an increase of 76 percent over last year at that time! July itself had 9,437 visitors - an increase of 116 percent over last July - and that's just those that signed in! Thanks for visiting...

  In 2009, 34,346 visitors from around the globe walked over the Bridge of Flowers and signed the guestbooks - a 62.8% increase over last year!

  All 50 states were represented last season while the number of foreign countries/islands was 91.

  The three busiest months of the year were July, August and October.

  October had the highest total per month (or tied) for 7 states and 30 countries.

  The 12 states/countries that had the highest number of visitors (over 500) were, in order: Massachusetts (14,706), Connecticut (2,992), New York (2,356), Florida (1,118), New Hampshire (1,013), California (925), Vermont (819), United Kingdom (804), Rhode Island (783), Pennsylvania (596), New Jersey (575) and Germany (513).
